Terms of Service

By accessing cubealgo.com, creating an account, or using any part of the CubeAlgo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any modifications.

To use CubeAlgo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where automated trading or financial technology services are prohibited by law.
• Have a valid, regulated brokerage account with a supported exchange in good standing.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, CubeAlgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CubeAlgo software platform for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of payment approval (“License Term”).

The standard annual license fee is $5,000 USD. This amount may be modified based on promotional pricing, agent-negotiated terms, or regional adjustments. Your assigned agent will confirm the exact amount prior to payment.

We accept payment via international wire transfer and direct cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). Upon completing payment, you must upload proof of payment through your dashboard for agent verification. Your license activates only upon agent approval — not upon payment submission.

Once your annual license is activated, no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Early cancellation or voluntary discontinuation of service.
• Dissatisfaction with trading performance or results.
• Technical issues attributable to the client's exchange, internet connection, or device.
• Changes in market conditions rendering the strategy less effective.
• Regulatory changes in the client's jurisdiction.

By making a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Your license permits you to:

• Access the CubeAlgo dashboard and software features during the License Term.
• Connect your own regulated brokerage account via API for automated trading.
• Configure bot parameters within the options made available in the platform.
• Contact your assigned agent for support during the License Term.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the CubeAlgo platform.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access credentials or license to any third party.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or fraudulent trading.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform.
• Use the platform in a way that violates the terms of service of your connected exchange or broker.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any proprietary content, data, or strategy documentation from the platform.

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

The CubeAlgo platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties that any trading strategy will be profitable or achieve specific results.

You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results and that all trading involves substantial risk of loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CubeAlgo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or capital drawdowns.
• Service interruptions, data errors, or technical failures.
• Actions or omissions of third-party brokers, exchanges, or data providers.

In no event shall CubeAlgo's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your current annual license.

CubeAlgo may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

You may discontinue use of the platform at any time; however, the no-refund policy applies and your license will not be prorated or credited for unused time.

Upon termination or expiration, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CubeAlgo LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
